Each unit has split air conditioning, a Wi-Fi router, a smart LED TV with Netflix, and a kitchenette. The gallery villa accommodates 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a loft lounge, and a terrace with pool views. The pool villa includes a private garden, an outdoor shower, and an integrated hot tub. All bathrooms have hot and cold water, free toiletries, and hairdryers.

Rumor Draft Bar & Restaurant serves handcrafted draft beers from local breweries like Island Craft Brewery and Fat Pauly's. The resort is adults-only (minimum age 18). A/C units must be turned off when leaving the room. Towels are replaced every 2 days, and bed sheets every 3 days. Cooking smelly foods or durian incurs a 15,000 PHP cleaning fee. Purified drinking water is provided in each unit. Security is on duty from 6 PM to 6 AM.
